Morifil BO is a protein-type filler for use on softer tannages including garment leathers.
It imparts a soft full, round, tight break, a soft and silky feel, gives uniformity, better buffing properties and
improved finishing.
Formaldehyde Free
Filling is especially noticable in loose areas such as bellies and flanks.
Promotes even uptake of Morite Fatliquors.
We recommend that Morifil BO be made into a slurry* and added before the addition of Morite Fatliquors:
Typical use as follows:
Wash H20 10 min 50degC
Drain
Float 150% H2O 40deg C
Add 3% Morifil BO* 20 min
Add 6% Morite Fatliquor 30 min
*To make slurry of Morifil BO slowly add H2O at 50-60degC mixing well until pourable slurry is
formed.
